Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Our’s was packed to the brim. From shooting pictures for the blog to party planning, to actual party-ing (celebrating Ella’s sixth birthday), to cleaning ;), to church-ing, to lunch-ing… it seemed like we were non-stop go go go. I love productive weekends but I’m kind of looking forward to a more chill & relaxed week.
I found these overalls about a week ago and ordered them right away. I’m super picky about the way overalls fit me (which sounds kind of bizarre in my head because it’s not like they’re that form fitting, right?)- they have to have the perfect amount of tightness around my waist and thighs, but not too tight. I always end up picking out a nicer pair (more expensive) because I can totally tell the difference in fit between a cheaper version vs. an investible pair. These ones fit perfectly (I ordered a size M and am 5’9 for reference). I loved pairing it with this flared sleeve sweater (similar) because it add’s in a Spring/cooler feel and fashion forward vibe.
I have a feeling I’ll be getting a lot of use out of these puppies this Spring/Summer as they can be worn many different ways- with a tank, off-shoulder, short or long sleeves, etc.
