It’s a New Season

It’s a new season (almost…), new blooms, new things to wear…  in other words- I love SPRING!

I live in Sacramento where it gets down to about roughly 40 degrees (on bad days), so I really can’t complain about the weather we have going on over here, however, I can tell you that there comes a point every year where I am just itching for warmer weather. And that time is now, my friends. When the sun starts peeping through the clouds and I start feeling sunshine coming through, I get so excited for the sunnier days ahead. This past week has been just that for us and I’m hoping that’s the case for where you are at, too??! Warmer days bring happier times (in my opinion at least) and if you aren’t catching on by now, I’m feeling all the feels over here 😉

I absolutely love this outfit I put together with a few pieces from Banana Republic’s new Spring line. I wanted to create a more business professional look while incorporating a few trendy pieces. Gingham is  all over the place right now and BR currently has quite a few of these pieces including this adorable one piece swimsuit (it also comes in black). One pieces are all the rage right now (I just bought myself a few!) This blush clutch is probably my favorite item of the whole outfit (comes in a light brown/cognac too). It screams Spring, loving the suede material, and the knot touch? My favorite! This clutch will easily bring a more fashion forward feel to any simplistic/classic look.
