Coffee & Babies

They go hand-in-hand, right?? I thought that would be a fitting title for this post being that I’m posing with my beloved hot cup of coffee while showing off the undoubtedly baby bump! I’ve heard it all… “Aren’t you not supposed to be drinking coffee while pregnant?” “You want a coffee? What size? Small?” NO people- I want a large! A large cup of coffee with a large amount of caffeine to keep this mama awake! Don’t get me wrong, I follow “the rules” pretty well in the first trimester as we all know that’s the most crucial period. However, once week 14 hit, I was back to my venti sized cups on the daily! I’ve had two healthy babies… it’s all good 🙂

Onto the fashion side of this post: I’m totally posing here as it was 80 degrees here in Sacramento that day (OUCH!) We are craving fall big time and I’m hoping it’s right around the corner! However, I’m just going to pretend from here on out like we’ve hit the colder temps like the rest of America.

I’m all about larger sweaters and beanies once fall hits. Hats are my jam and I think it’s always going to be that way. They just add that extra punch to your outfit. I also just scooped up these seriously gorgeous booties from Zara. They just opened up a (huge) store nearby (so I don’t have to drive to San Fran anymore!) and I’ve already been there a few times. I’m kind of in love with everything they sell, from babies to adults.

I also just recently got these faux leggings from Nordstrom and LOVE them. Leather/pleather is totally in this Fall/Winter and I can guarantee you these will be a staple/big hit in your wardrobe.

BTW- I’m 17 weeks along, and we just found out it’s a BOY!!!!!!!!!
