Neutrally Spring

I’m unsure if it’s really Spring here in Sacramento or what- the weather is a different story everyday and I’m not liking the jokes it’s playing on my excitement for Summer! Lately we’ve been getting bits & pieces of sunshine and I’m all about it! I’m a total Summer girl. I’d rather be half dressed than fully dressed any day (you know what I mean)…
