Rounded up are the supplements I currently take daily. Since the pandemic hit, I started researching & getting more into true health including how to aid my body in immunity + the right supplements. After asking some trusted (educated) friends and doing some research myself, these are supplements I’ve landed on. Most are organic (which does matter) – if not completely, they include very little additives, something a lot of supplement companies tend to sneak in.
THE SUPPLEMENTS
1. Vitamin C
Vitamin C is well-known for having immune-boosting properties. I take 1 pill daily. If I feel sick or need an extra boost, I will take 2-3!
2. Apple Cider Gummies
If you haven’t looked up the benefits of ACV… there are plenty! Some find it difficult or unpleasant to swallow in liquid form- these gummies taste like apples and is a great round about way to sneak in ACV. I take two a day!
3. Vitamin D
Vitamin D, A.K.A the sunshine vitamin, doesn’t replace true sunshine but it does help! Especially in those winter months. Statistically speaking, those who suffered largely from Covid-19 lacked massively in Vitamin D. I take 1 pill a day!
4. Magnesium
An often overlooked supplement (in my opinion). Magnesium has lots of health benefits including lower risk of heart disease, reduced symptoms of depression and improved blood pressure, blood sugar levels. I take 1 pill a day!
5. Liquid Probiotic
If you don’t take a probiotic daily, I highly recommend one. Also, liquid form is superior.
6. Liquid Zinc
Zinc aids in helping your immune system & metabolism function.
7. Liquid Collagen
My ride or die – I take 1 tbsp of the LIFE in the am, and 1 tbsp of the TRIM (includes CLA which helps inhibit fat storage) in the pm. I’ve been on this duo for two years. 8. Elderberry Immune Syrup
Elderberry, ginger, and echinacea are all immunity boosters. This stuff is all natural & organic. I take 1-2 TBSP if I feel a sickness coming on!
